Submit a claim


Fill out a brief form telling us who you are, what product you have, and what happened to your headphones. Send in your headphones for analysis. We will email you letting you know the status of your claim. Approved claims will receive a credit toward new headphones. Defective products only qualify if a claim is submitted through this portal. Our Policy

We cover manufacturing defects
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for all Skullcandy audio products for 24 months after purchase. Product failures caused by normal wear and tear or those caused by user error, such as dropping your headphones, are not covered under this policy.

What is a manufacturing defect?
If your headphones stopped performing for no good reason, like sound suddenly stops coming out of one speaker, then it may be a manufacturer defect. Tell us what happened and we will set you up with 100% of the current MSRP value in the form of a coupon code. Manufacturing defects generally appear within the first year of ownership.

What happens next?
Once your warranty claim has been processed and verified, we will send you an email containing your coupon code and instructions on how to use it (only valid on the Skullcandy UK website).

How long will it take to receive my discount?
Please allow 4-6 weeks for your warranty to be processed.
