The sound is incredible, it has lots of bass which i love. They're very loud which is convinient on the bus when i want to drown out the soundd of teenagers gossiping on Monday morning. But the main 2 downfalls are the batter pack and the LED light. The battery is a hassle, it falls down my shirt and strains the earphone wire. When im lying in bed at night the battery always falls and its annoying. Another thing, when you're in a dark environment the LED flashes blue which bugs me so i placed black ductape over it as there is no setting to turn it off
I'm a huge fan of the wired Smokin' Buds sound, and these largely sound the same. They fit in the ear really well and are comfortable. From time to time, the collar falls out of position and can be more-uncomfortable if you're wearing a shirt with a collar.
For me, the biggest issues with these is the battery life. I get maybe 5-6 hours, which is ok for about 2 days worth of commuting use, but I really wish the battery could have been a bit better.
I've had them for a month or so and sometimes the battery indicator deteriorates from 2/3 full to running out of battery within 40 mins.
Additionally, the audio does cut-out a few times a day, when I put my iPhone into my trouser pocket. I'm using the iPhone X, so you'd think Bluetooth range would be decent.
Because of this, I would be put-off from buying wireless earbuds from Skullcandy again. Shame because I generally really love the brand and their products.
