"So far so good! The headphones sound great in both Bluetooth and wired modes. The ambient option is really good as well. I wish there was some sort of noise cancellation feature for this price though. I tried several headphones off Amazon for less than I paid for these that had decent noise cancellation. Although the rest fell short in either sound quality or overall quality so I’m sticking with these Hesh 360 headphone!"
"I’m so frustrated with this purchase. The headphones sound good, but the shipping was a mess—they missed my apartment number twice and then refused to expedite the shipping to fix their mistake. I ended up having to cancel and reorder, only for the new pair to show up in a broken box with scratches on the hardware. I’m stuck keeping them because it’s a gift and I’m out of time, but I definitely won't be ordering from them again. I would never recommend this to anyone."
"Good-looking headphones, the sound is not amazing. The highs and mids are pretty weak, but you definitely get a lot of bass. They sound a bit hollow. I prefer my music to be crisp, clear, and have tight bass. I wanted to get the Hesh 540 ANC at the time, but only could afford this one. I am frustrated because a few weeks later, Skullcandy dropped the Hesh 540 ANC down to the price of this one, which I was not happy to see. Maybe I'll try and sell this unit and get something more to my taste in sound."
"These were a gift to my daughter. She says they are comfortable, fit her ears, and remain comfortable over a long period of time. The sound is really good. The balance is great and enhances the music she is listening to. She chose these over more expensive brands and believes this was a wise choice."
"Great headphones! Long battery life, decent noise isolation, and reasonable sound quality for the price. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the EQ takes a bit of tweaking to get them sounding more neutral. Stock setup has too much 250Hz and not enough 16kHz imo."

"The sound quality, and the adjustability in the app is eeally good, the padding is comfortable, and operating it is easy to understand and use, plus the battery life is amazing. However, the sound leaks from them like crazy and is horrible for public use, ide recommend home use only. Also, i think the plastic is a bit to thin and flimsy, although it was my mistake to sleep in them, i was still expecting stronger construction. Overall decent, some glaring issues, but some outstanding positives too."

It sounds echoey and far away sound rather than a good bass when it’s quiet. It just sounds cheap. However, I really like the joystick"
