What's the best way to wear Method 360 ANC earbuds for a secure fit?

To get the best fit, and therefore best sound, determine the ideal size of inner ear gels and/or outer fit fins to best suit your ear shape.
• All buds will come set up with size medium gels and fins.
• If there is a spot that feels tight, swap down to the size small gels or fins that came with your product.
• Too loose? Swap up to the large.
• You may use different sizes for the inner ear gel versus the fit fin.

How can I change my volume directly from my Method 360 ANC earbud?

In addition to controlling the volume of your media from your personal device, you can also set volume controls directly on your earbuds with the Skull-iQ app via the Button Settings function.

1. Pair your Method 360 ANC to your phone.
2. Download the Skull-iQ app to your iOS or Android phone.
3. If not automatically connected, pair your Method 360 ANC to the app by tapping the headphone symbol in the lower left navigation bar.
4. Once connected, tap the menu item ‘Button Settings’.
5. Here, you can change the button function on each earbud from its default assignment to Volume Up and/or Volume Down.

Example: Not a Spotify user? Choose to change the ‘1 Second Hold’ function from Spotify Tap to Volume Up or Volume Down depending on which bud you’re customizing.

How can the Skullcandy App enhance my Method 360 ANC earbuds?

The Skullcandy App provides several opportunities for personalization – such as adjusting Active Noise Canceling and Stay-Aware Mode levels, activating EQ modes, and customizing your button functions. It’s also a useful reference for user guide controls and troubleshooting guidance.

How can I use Spotify Tap™ with my Method 360 ANC earbuds?

Spotify Tap gives you a direct connection to your Spotify library. Just press and hold the touch sensor on either earbud for one second and your audio will pick up right where you left off – or Spotify will play a recommendation based on your listening taste.

How do I put my Method 360 ANC earbuds back in the case?

To ensure proper charging and secure storage, follow these steps:

1. Hold the case so the Skullcandy logo is facing away from you – as if it’s clipped to your belt loop
2. Move the slider down to open the case.
3. Place each earbud into its corresponding slot – right earbud on the right side, left earbud on the left side.
4. When aligned with the charging pins, you should feel a magnetic pull as the earbud clicks into place
5. Move the slider back up to close the case.

"Quality buds with a unique form factor. These earbuds are definitely the best I have ever owned-- the bass kicks, the highs are high, and I've never had them die in the middle of a session. The Bose collaboration was a smart move and really amplifies the overall experience wearing these buds! Might need a bit tighter latch for the case, as with a bit of jiggling / pulling force (from jumping or running) can pull out the case and theres a chance of either earbuds falling out. "So luxurious and convenient, the technology is wonderful. The sound from these is extremely crisp, clear, and dynamic. The bass is great too for a nice mix of everything. These automatically pause your music when you remove one from your ear, and resume when you place them in again! These are great, and the noise cancelling is awesome too. "I’m gonna return them. They are so cool and sound is great but the bottoms are extremely sensitive they pause and play at any random moment! I even deactivated the bottoms so they didn’t had any action when touching but they still randomly try to get paired with another device. So I can’t listen to anything without being interrupted! Is so unfortunate I really wanted to love them"

"ANC is perfect, the comfort is very good and the sound quality is very good. The sound effect when changing between modes is not very good (the womans voice saying "ANC on, 100% battery, connecting. . . "). I would be happier if there were better sound effect for those purposes. A simple 'ding' or any other sound effect other than a low quality eomans voice would be much better."

While impressed by the sound

"While impressed by the sound quality and the ANC capabilities, the fit is what has been bugging me since day one. At first i thought the earbud would be mostly held by the outside flap, but the truth is that they dig in the ear quite heavly. Could be so because im not used to wearing earbuds (actually my first pair of bluetooth earphones, used to wear overears). Second thing is the touch sensor. It reacts to wind, making it stop the music. This started happening since day 3 of owning them. While i understand that it could be fixed by removing the "single tap" shortcut action, its a simple flaw that should not be on a 130€ device."
