"Dear Skullcandy Team, My initial experience with the Sesh ANC Active was positive, the sound quality and fit met my expectations. However, that impression didn’t last. After just one charge, essentially one day of use, the right earbud stopped working and does not “wake up” when removed from the case. This is especially frustrating given that my previous pair, Mod, also failed, and I already paid out of pocket to return that product under warranty. I understand that defects can happen with any product. However, when they do, especially repeatedly and so quickly, it is reasonable to expect the company to make it right. Being asked to pay return shipping again for another defective product does not feel like a fair or customer focused solution. While the product showed promise initially, the reliability issues and warranty experience have left me disappointed overall. Sincerely, Dave"

"Bought this headphones a while ago they are still working as new. Would recommend if you go to gym and dont want to listen to gym muscis beacouse it blocks out all sounds."

"Some of the worst earbuds I've had. I hate them. Not only are they bad quality for audio but the also will not charge unless the case is open. The second I close the case (no matter how gently) they stop charging and reconnect to my devices. Even if they DID charge correctly, I would not like these. My past SkullCandy ear buds have been phenomenal. These are cheap."

"They're the worst, don't work. Don't know what it is, the connection just comes and goes, it isn't stable. It's so frustrating. I'm at the gym right now and I don't have my music. I've paid a great deal o money for something that doesn't work the way it's supposed to. I'm gonna need to send it back to you. I want my money back."
I wasn’t sure at first
"I wasn’t sure at first look of they were going to be comfortable but I was pleasantly surprised at how well they fit my ears! The design is quite different to other earbuds I have owned in the past and they are surprisingly easy to place in my ears. The ANC mode and stay aware mode are really excellent. The sound quality is good and when you set up a custom personal sound in the app it gets even better! All around for the price they are a very good deal."
