Are Session 900 Speakers Waterproof?

Session 900 speakers are IP67 rated meaning, they're fine falling in the pool or getting splashed at the beach. Just don't forget about them down there, the fish aren't ready for this level of sound.

How do I connect my Session 900 with other Session speakers using Party Mode?

Party Mode lets you link compatible Session speakers together for an even bigger sound. On the Session 900 you want to use as the host, press and hold the Play/Pause button for 1 second, then release, to start Party Mode. To add another compatible Session speaker to the party, press and hold the Play/Pause button on that speaker for 3 seconds, then release. To end Party Mode, press and hold the Play/Pause button on the host speaker for 1 second, then release.

How Do I Set Up Stereo Sound with two Session 900 Speakers?

First, connect two Session 900 speakers using Party Mode. Once they're connected, triple-press the center button on both the host and guest speakers separately to set them up for stereo sound.

What is Battery Saver Mode?


Battery Saver Mode helps you get more playtime when you need it. It reduces bass and focuses power on mid and high frequencies to maximize battery life, temporarily disabling Bass Boost and EQ switching. With Battery Save Mode turned ON, total playtime increases from 30 hours up to 49 hours.
Battery Saver Mode resets to OFF each time Session 900 powers down, so you’ll always start with full-performance sound when you turn it back on.

What is Charge Out Protection?

Charge Out turns Session 900 into a portable power bank, letting you charge your phone or other devices directly from the speaker through its USB-C port.
Charge Out Protection helps preserve your speaker’s remaining battery. When the speaker drops below 20%, you’ll receive a notification through the Skullcandy App and Charge Out will automatically turn off, keeping enough power available for your speaker.
If you want to keep charging anyway, you can enable the Charge Out Protection override in the Skullcandy App to continue charging your device until the speaker powers off.
