"They were not my favorite headphones experience by any means. I really enjoy the Crusher technology but I was not a fan of the sound quality output from the gaming experience. I only managed to get the headphones to work with my PS5 once and the headphones suddenly stopped working properly. I was unable to get them working again despite extensive troubleshooting attempts resulting in submitting a warrantee claim to return them. I was and still am very upset by the fact that I had to pay shipping costs to return a faulty pair of headphones and then have to pay shipping costs again to have the replacement products shipped to me upon utilizing the warrantee coupon. I am eager to try the Skullcandy Crusher 1080 ANC and am hopeful that I will have a better experience with that than I did the Crusher 720 PLYR."

"It’s a great product but you can’t do game and chat mixer volume so you have to go into game settings and turn game volume almost all the way down the hear your chat. Playing solo is perfect. Also Skullcandy just sits on your order for the longest time and you get zero updates as to where you package is but as soon as it gets to the carrier it moves fast."
