"This has been the worst product experience I’ve ever had. I bought my first Dime 3 at Best Buy, and it failed within two months. To claim the warranty, I had to pay $20 just to ship it to Skullcandy. I received the replacement in May 2026, and now, only a few months later in September, this one has failed as well. Two failures in under a year, plus out‑of‑pocket costs for a warranty claim, extremely disappointing."
"Earbuds themselves are fine. Two sizes of the rubber plugs are so close in size, I have to measure, which isn't ideal. Also, putting them in the case doesn't automatically charge them or turn them off. Taking them out of the case doesn't automatically turn them on. These two parts are the most frustrating. I do appreciate that the button on the earbuds isn't as hard to press as the Dime Evo buttons, and I don't have issues with static shocking me."
"After 6 years of using an old pair my new pair is much better quality and they have improved so much over the course of time. Not only are they easier to use but the only ones that actually fit in my ear ."

"The Dime 3 battery life is much better than the Dime 2. However, there is no way to skip to the next song on Dime 3 by pressing and holding on an earbud, which is unfortunate because the Dime 2 has this capability. Do not recommend."

"I love them a lot, the features are cool and I love the color. However, I wish they had the option to skip forward and backwards. They also don’t fit perfectly in the case, they have a little wiggle room. Other than that they are great."
