"Ace headphones for my little ones. The headband is easy to adjust to get a good fit. The controls are super simple and syncing with my phone was easy. And they look really cool. They’re well made and seem sturdy, unlike some cheaper kids ones I’ve had in the past. I’m glad I got two pairs of these whilst I could! I would highly recommend them!"

Since last week I have been on the AI chat four times, three times I was cut short and asked if I wanted to speak with a human, I responded yes and i ended up back at the beginning of the process. Each time I input the customer number and detail from the invoice. Twice since this I emailed customer directly without a response. Tomorrow I try again within working hours. Hugely frustrating."

"They are great headphones. Fit my little 3 year old good. But the ear pieces are a little small and kinda sit more as on the ear than over the ear. Also wish they were pink but for the price they are great and I love the ober ride of the sound limiter"
"We had to return a headset that was not charging anymore (initially purchased via Amazon). The headset was exchanged for a new one without any troubles by Skullcandy directly quite quickly. Only negative: we had to pay for the return-shipment from Austria to the Netherlands. The cost was almost 1/4 of the value of the headphones. Positive : shipping cost for the new headphones was covered by Skullcandy"
